Order in Council 1573/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Colin Elsby of Burlington be appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Colin Elsby was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective May 11, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 607/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 607/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
