Order in Council 1764/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 772/2009, dated May 13, 2009, Dr. Marie Lynn Lacasse was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Marie Lynn Lacasse has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective April 29, 2010;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 772/2009, dated May 13, 2009, appointing Dr. Marie Lynn Lacasse as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
