Order in Council 222/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 49(2)(

c) of the Courts of Justice Act , the Honourable Regional Senior Judge Walter Vincent Clifford , a regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the East Region, be appointed a member of the Ontario Judicial Council until he ceases to hold office as a regional senior judge, effective June 1, 2024.
