OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated July 3, 2009, and pursuant to

Article 6 of the Trust Agreement dated the 1st day of May, 1985, entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union, as amended by Agreement dated November 10, 2004, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Natalie Hovey, made by Order in Council 2008-146 dated March 26, 2008; (

b) appoint Katherine MacNeil, Capital District Health Authority, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, to serve the remaining unexpired term of Natalie Hovey, effective August 4, 2009 and expiring December 31, 2010, on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended; and (

c) appoint Katherine MacNeil, Capital District Health Authority, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, for an initial term of three years, effective January 1, 2011, on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended.
