Order in Council 888/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(9) of the Courts of Justice Act , the Honourable Justice Joyce Susan Elder, a regional senior judge, be reappointed as regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the Northwest Region for a period of three years, effective August 12, 2018.
