Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to appoint Robert E. Moores, of Oxford, Cumberland County, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a term of one year effective on and after February 10, 2009.
