OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 11, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2001, the Livestock Health Services Act , is pleased to amend the Livestock Health Services Regulations , N.S. Reg. 36/1998, made by the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 98-216 dated May 19, 1998, to increase the travel time assistance rates paid to enrolled veterinarians, change program eligibility requirements and remove references to the Livestock Health Services Board, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 27, 2021.
