OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 14, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 7(

d) and clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a lease to Belliveau Shipyard Limited, a body corporate with its registered office at Lower East Pubnico, Yarmouth County, its successors, trustees, and permitted assigns for Crown lands containing approximately 0.38 hectares (3,800 square metres), located at Lower East Pubnico, Yarmouth County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, for the purpose of developing, maintaining, and operating a boatbuilding business, and for no other purpose, for a term of 20 years, with the right to renew the lease for a further 20 year term, provided that the Company has satisfactorily complied with the terms and conditions of the lease; (

b) acquiring a right of way at Lower East Pubnico, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, shown outlined in bold dashed lines on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Belliveau & Amirault Holdings Ltd. and Pubnico Metal Works Limited, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns at no cost, subject to the condition that Belliveau & Amirault Holdings Ltd. and Pubnico Metal Works Limited, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
