Order in Council 753/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 77/2022 James Bradbury was re-appointed as a member of board of directors of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario; And

whereas James Bradbury resigned as a member on December 4, 2023, Therefore Order in Council O.C. 77/2022 be revoked effective December 4, 2023.
