PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Couricil-No. 285 , Approved and Ordered MAR - 8 Millearerm Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Maura Parte is appointed Ministerial Assistant to the Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Human Rights, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council; (

b) Maura Parte be paid as a Ministerial Assistant pursuant to the Compensation Guidelines attached to Order in Council 1310/93, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

c) the appointment of Maura Parte, made by Order in Council 1529/00, is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service Presiding Member o the Executive Council (This
