OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 31, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at Grand Lake, Sheet Harbour, Halifax County, Nova Scotia, from Nova Star Forestry Ltd., and its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, being identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PIDs 40232092, 41287467, 41287475, 00486340, 41346032, and 41290149, and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, for a purchase price of $1,100,000 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Nova Star Forestry Ltd., its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
