B.C. Reg. 164/2017 , deposited August 29, 2017, under the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22] and the COAL ACT [section 21]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated August 29, 2017.

I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, order as follows:

(

a) the reserve for minerals and placer minerals, and the coal land reserve, established by B.C. Reg. 9/2000 over site number 373122 are cancelled;

(

b) B.C. Reg. 9/2000 is amended

(

i) in

section 1 by striking out “Douglas, Cranberry and Nanaimo Land Districts:” and substituting “Cranberry and Nanaimo Land Districts:”, and

(ii) by deleting each sketch corresponding to the site referred to in paragraph (a);

(

c) for the purpose of continuing portions of the mineral reserve and coal land reserve referred to in paragraph (a), the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 171/2011, is amended by adding the following site to the Table:

d) for the purpose of continuing portions of the mineral reserve referred to in paragraph (a), the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 71/2010, is amended by adding the following site to the Table:
