OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 29, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010 the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister Natural Resources to enter into an agreement with Deloitte, LLP in relation to assistance in preparing and responding to the US Commerce Department’s investigation of softwood lumber from Canada, substantially in the form as agreed to by Executive Council.
