OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated July 18, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Sotia,1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness 2019-20 Capital Medical Equipment Funding Envelope, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed three million eight hundred thousand ($3,800,000) to contribute to the PET-CT scanner at the Victoria General, effective September 16, 2019.
