OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables, dated October 31, 2023, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables: (

a) granting access and utility easements to Mersey River Wind Inc., a company with its registered office at Halifax, Halifax County, its successors, trustees, and permitted assigns, for the purpose of constructing, installing, upgrading, using and maintaining roads and for installing, using and maintaining collector power lines, both having a maximum width of 40 metres over Crown lands currently identified as portions of PIDs 70032982, 70166988, 70225420, 70247168, 70247176, 70247184, 70247192, 70247200, 70247218, 70248695, 70260575, 70264213, 70264403, and 70225404 and shown as a bold line on the plan marked

Schedule “A” which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
