OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated October 3, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations, N.S. Reg 133/2001, made pursuant to
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to consent to the decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated dated August 7, 2014, to provide financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to FCV Technologies Ltd. in an amount not to exceed One Million, Two Hundred and Eighty Seven Thousand Dollars ($1,287,000).
