Order in Council 466/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act , Peter Gordon Watson Bennetto of Sault Ste. Marie be appointed a full-time justice of the peace in and for the Province of Ontario, and under subsection 4(1) of that Act be designated as a presiding justice of the peace, effective May 14, 2025.
