OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated September 29, 1999, pursuant to subsection 238(2) of
Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, and subsection 18(
a) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective October 8, 1999, to accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Christa Y. MacKinnon of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a full-time Appeal Commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal.
