OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated February 25, 2005 and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 192 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to approve the amendment to the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission By-law No. 2 to increase the allowable gross vehicle weight for trucks on the A. Murray MacKay Bridge in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 24, 2005.
