OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated June 15, 2005, pursuant to
Section 45 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health to enter into an agreement which has indemnities on behalf of government with Nightingale Informatix Corporation to provide information systems for the Department of Health's Primary Healthcare Information Management program, effective on and after July 13, 2005.
