OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 15, 2025, is pleased, effective on and after June 17, 2025, to: (

a) pursuant to

Section 40 of

Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act , amend the Forest Fire Protection Regulations , N.S. Reg. 135/2019, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2019-248 dated September 17, 2019, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) pursuant to

Section 37 of

Chapter 367 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Parks Act , amend the Provincial Parks Regulations , N.S. Reg. 69/1989, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 89-579 dated May 16, 1989, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

c) pursuant to

Section 113 of

Chapter 504 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Wildlife Act , amend the Shubenacadie Wildlife Park Regulations , N.S. Reg. 80/2008, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2008-54 dated February 19, 2008, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
