Statute: Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated October 30, 2025, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Robert Batherson, and reappoint Donna Smith Darrell, both of Halifax Regional Municipality, as members of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, both for a term of two years commencing December 4, 2025; and (

b) order that Robert Batherson and Donna Smith Darrell be remunerated for their services as members in the amount of $3,600 per year and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as members, provided such reimbursements do not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
