Order in Council 552/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Safer Streets, Stronger Communities Act, 2024

July 1, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Safer Streets, Stronger Communities Act, 2024 , c. 27, which amend the Courts of Justice Act , come into force:
