OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 20, 2000, pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of surplus lands containing 0.330 hectare and 0.306 hectare, more or less, situate at or near Abercrombie, Pictou County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said lands to John Dickson Rivers and Carolyn Rivers of Abercrombie, Pictou County, for the price of $1,142.97; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
