Order in Council 1132/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nancy Lockhart was appointed as part-time lay bencher of the Law Society of Ontario, effective June 26, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1018/2019;

And

whereas Nancy Lockhart tendered her resignation effective July 7, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 23(1) of the Law Society Act , Order in Council O.C. 1018/2019 be revoked effective the date this order in council is made.
