CHAPTER 40 (SUPP.)

An Act to amend The Liquor Act.

Short title This Act may be cited as The Liquor Amendment Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.40 (Supp.), s.1. Rev. Stat. c.L-18 The Liquor Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.40 (Supp.), s.2.

Section amended

Section is amended by adding after “ who” in the first line “ sells, distributes,”. 1978, c.33, s.2; R.S.S. 1978, c.40 (Supp.), s.3.

Section amended Clause 80(1) (

a) is amended by striking out “in the making of” in the second and third lines and substituting “as, or in the making of,”. 1978, c.33, s.3; R.S.S. 1978, c.40 (Supp.), s.4.

Section amended The following clause is added after clause 115(1) (e): “(
