B.C. Reg. 81/2012 , deposited April 16, 2012, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22] and the COAL ACT [section 21]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated April 16, 2012.

I, Edmund J. Collazzi, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order as follows:

1 The mineral and placer mining reserves established by B.C. Reg. 447/76 are cancelled and B.C. Reg. 447/76 is repealed.

2 The mineral and placer mining reserves established by B.C. Reg.21/86 are cancelled and B.C. Reg. 21/86 is repealed.

3 The mineral and placer mining reserves established by B.C. Reg. 169/87 are cancelled and B.C. Reg. 169/87 is repealed.

4 The mineral and placer mineral reserve established by B.C. Reg. 204/2000 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 204/2000 is repealed.

5 The mineral and placer mineral reserve established by B.C. Reg. 157/2003 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 157/2003 is repealed.

6 The following mineral, placer mineral and coal land reserves, established by B.C. Reg. 167/2004, are cancelled and B.C. Reg. 167/2004 is amended by deleting the sketches associated with those reserves:

i) Bridge River Delta;

(ii) Cerise Creek;

(iii) Fred and Antoine Creeks;

(iv) French Bar Creek;

(

v) Gwyneth Lake;

(vi) Marble Canyon;

(vii) Skihist Park Extension;

(viii) Yalakom Creek.
