OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Trade and the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated February 17, 2026, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Trade entering into an Operating Agreement with the Government of Ontario to enable direct-to-consumer sales of alcoholic beverages between the two provinces, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
