On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 12 (

e) of the Administrative Orders and Remedies Regulation, B.C. Reg. 101/2005, is amended by striking out “26 (3) (a), (

b) or (c)” and substituting “26 (3) (

b) or (c)”.
