Order in Council 411/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 12 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended, Order in Council 617/2022, reappointing Valerie Gilvesy as a part time member and Vice-Chair of the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
