Order in Council 26/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Further,

whereas D. Stephen Jovanovic was appointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board, the Fire Safety Commission, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Ontario Parole Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario by Orders in Council O.C. 5/2017, 6/2017, 7/2017, 8/2017 and 420/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Orders in Council O.C. 5/2017, 6/2017, 7/2017, 8/2017 and 420/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
