This parcel will be auctioned for sale subject to a reserve bid, as well as the
reservations and conditions contained in the existing certificate of title.
The land is being offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis, and the Village of
Milo makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of
services, soil conditions, land use districts, building and development conditions,
absence or presence of environmental contamination, or the development potential of
the subject land for any intended use of the purchaser. No bid will be accepted where
the bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to the sale of the parcel. No terms
and conditions of sale will be considered other than those specified by the Village of
Milo.
The Village of Milo may, after public auction, become the owner should the above
parcel not be sold at public auction.

Redemption may be affected by payment of all tax arrears and costs prior to the sale.
