Order in Council 652/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Act, 1922 , as re-enacted by

section 1 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Amendment Act, 1958 ,

Navin Gautam of Niagara Falls

be appointed as alternate part-time member of the Lake of the Woods Control Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
