B.C. Reg. 190/2011 , deposited October 31, 2011, pursuant to the PHARMACY OPERATIONS AND DRUG SCHEDULING ACT [section 22 (1)]. Resolution of the Board of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, dated September 23, 2011.

Resolved that, in accordance with the authority established in

section 22 (1) of the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act , and subject to filing with the Minister as required by

section 22 (2) of the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act , the board amend the Drug Schedules Regulation, B.C. Reg. 9/98, as set out in the

schedule attached to this resolution.

Schedule

1 The Drug Schedules Regulation, B.C. Reg. 9/98, is amended in the Schedules

(

a) by striking out the following:

2 Naproxen sodium 220 mg per tablet (when sold in products labeled with a recommended maximum daily dose of 440 mg, and in package sizes exceeding 6 600 mg)

2 Niacin (in extended-release formulations) , and

(

b) by adding the following:

1 Eculizumab

1 Golimumab

1 Lapatinib and its salts

3 Naproxen sodium 220 mg per oral dosage unit (when sold in products labeled with a recommended maximum daily dose of 440 mg, and in package sizes exceeding 6 600 mg)

1 Olmesartan and its salts and derivatives

1 Romiplostim

1 Ustekinumab

1 Vorinostat .
