Statute: Utility and Review Board Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Utility and Review Board Act dated July 13, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of

Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective August 2, 2011, to: (

a) designate Roland A. Deveau Acting Vice-chair of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board during the period of absence of the Vice-chair; and (

b) pay Roland A. Deveau an annual salary equivalent to Senior Officials Pay Plan, Deputy Minister (83), for the duration of his designation as Acting Vice-chair of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.
