Order in Council 1739/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

B. Diane McArthur , of Toronto, Ontario

is appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is approved.

And further Order in Council O.C. 796/2019 dated May 16, 2019, is revoked.
