Order in Council 24/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Deborah Moriah was appointed as member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 5(8) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 1998 , Deborah Moriah be paid a per diem of $375.00 during the term of her appointment.

And further, Deborah Moriah be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet directives.
