Order in Council 176/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992 , S.O. 1992, c. 23, Michaela Tataru of Richmond Hill, Ontario is hereby appointed as a member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a period commencing on the date of the execution of this Order in Council and ending on the date two years after the date of execution of this Order in Council.
