OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated January 5, 1999, pursuant to subsections 68(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (10) and (11) of

Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Hugh MacArthur of New Waterford, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, to the list of persons designated to act as an employee representative of an appeal panel, for a term of three years commencing February 1, 1999; (

b) reappoint Rhona Green of R.R.#1 East Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, and Miriam Regan-MacNeil of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the list of persons designated to act as an employer representative of an appeal panel for a term of two (2) years commencing February 1, 1999; and (

c) fix the remuneration of Hugh MacArthur, Rhona Green and Miriam Regan-MacNeil at One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for each day of attendance to the business of appeal panels, in addition to reasonable expenses incurred in the course of carrying out their duties for an appeal panel.
