Order in Council 236/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act

Janet Menard, Deputy Minister

be re-appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, effective January 18, 2017, for a term not extending beyond the earlier of January 2, 2018 and the date she ceases to be a deputy minister.
