Loi sur la délimitation des circonscriptions électorales et la représentation Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 12 (4) of the Electoral Boundaries and Representation Act,

chapter E- 3.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2005, is repealed and the following is sub- stituted: 1 Le paragraphe 12(4) de la

Loi sur la délimitation des circonscriptions électorales et la représentation, chapi- tre E-3.5 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2005, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 12(4) If a Commission is of the opinion that it is desir- able to depart from the principle of voter parity under sub- section (2) when establishing an electoral district, in ex- traordinary circumstances the number of electors in the electoral district may deviate by no greater than 25% from the electoral quotient. 12(4) Lorsqu’une commission établit une circonscrip- tion électorale, si elle est d’avis qu’un écart au principe de parité du pouvoir électoral est souhaitable selon ce qui est prévu au paragraphe (2), dans des circonstances extraor- dinaires le nombre d’électeurs dans une circonscription électorale ne peut dévier de plus de 25 % du quotient élec- toral. 1
