OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education and the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated September 5, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376, of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education: a. entering into an amending funding agreement with the Provinces of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island, as well as with the Council of Atlantic Premiers, to fund the development and implementation of a Shared Atlantic Apprenticeship Management IT System, on terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule “B”; and b. entering into an amending agreement with ABM Integrated Solutions for the development and implementation of the Apprenticeship Management Solution, and provision of ancillary services, on terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule “C”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; effective on or after October 1, 2019, subject only to variations that do not materially change the nature of the agreements.
