Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, and
Section 19 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 94-672 dated August 17, 1994, with respect to the land exchange between Delmerle Developments Limited and the Crown at Whites Lake, Halifax County, which did not take place.
