Order in Council 244/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 5 of the Capital Investment Plan Act,1993,

Quirien Muylwyk of Toronto, Ontario

is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years from the effective date of this Order in Council.
