Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective August 18, 2003, to appoint the Honourable Carolyn Bolivar-Getson as Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission, who may be described as the Minister of Human Resources.
