Order in Council 66/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Melody Maleki-Yazdi was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 65/2018 dated January 18, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act , Melody Maleki-Yazdi of Toronto be appointed a part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
