Order in Council 1486/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Autism Spectrum Disorders Clinical Expert Committee (the “Committee”), was established by Order in Council 1229/2011, dated June 1, 2011, for an indefinite period;

And

whereas the Committee has fulfilled the terms of its mandate and all Committee member appointments have expired;

And

whereas the Government of Ontario wishes to dissolve the Committee;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative power of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario to establish and dissolve advisory bodies, Order in Council 1229/2011 is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
