Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2019, the Short-term Rentals Registration Act , is pleased to amend the Short-term Rentals Registration Regulations , N.S. Reg. 158/2024, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2024-303 dated August 6, 2024, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 30, 2024.
