Order in Council 1231/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 31(1) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Tamara Kuzyk of Toronto be appointed Registrar of Regulations, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Mark Spakowski was appointed Registrar of Regulations effective April 26, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 880/2017;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 880/2017 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
