OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 28, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with Emergency Medical Care Inc. to provide emergency health services, which includes a net debt obligation in the form of an indemnity, effective on and after March 8, 2021.
